There are two berthing areas at Drogheda port.

Water density at Bar is Salt. 1025.

T.R.P (Tom Roes Point) Berths (IEDRO 0006)

Loa: Up to 100 m – no restrictions.
Up to 130 m with good manoeuvring equipment and clearance from Harbourmaster.

Drafts:  Please allow 30 cm or 5% of draft on tidal predictions. No Airdraft. Depth alongside minimum 5.5 m of water.

T.R.P. berths are quite busy so if necessary a vessel may have to lighten there and move to Town berths. See “Other Charges” below.

Town Berths (IEDRO 0007)

Loa: Up to 100 m – no restrictions.
Up to 130 m with good manoeuvring equipment and clearance from Harbourmaster.

Drafts: Please allow 30 cm or 5% of draft on tidal predictions.
N.A.A.B.S.A. in Minimum 1.6 M. of water. Air Draft 26 m.

Drogheda Harbour Master may decide that a vessel requires assistance to swing.  The Drogheda Port workboat will assist at a cost of €191 for Standby or €428 per attendance.
